From Za's web site, it doesn't appear they have a brick and mortar store in the continental US (although the web site has NY in the name, go figure). They are distributed in Hawaii (under Shiseido of Hawaii). See http://www.za-ny.com for a list of locations.
Also click on Where To Buy on this site: http://www.sca.shiseido.com/ . Call them to see if you can get a real live person to tell you if Za is available in the US. Perhaps the web site just hasn't been updated in a while.
