and also you could use this before you apply your makeup to also help with your oily skin

I would recommend a light foundation that has salicylic acidto help clear up your acne. Clinique has a product that is just this. It covers while prevents acne. Also you can just pop it in your bad and apply whenever needed. I would just make sure to wash it off everyday.
Clarifying Makeup Clear Skin Formula. It is for oily, ache prone skin.

my skins abit like yours.
i dont use concealer because it makes my acne worse.
i use avon magix face perfector under my foundation , its a light gel-powder that gives a flawless matte finish and lasts 10 hours. and it brightnes and softens skin. ( 拢10 )
then i use maybelline new york superstay foundation , it lasts 16 hours , and has 2 sections ( white - silky feel extender , foundation colour - shade on skin ) and they blend it one step ( 拢9.79)
and i put a thin layer of sudocrem on my acne evrynight before i go to bed , its reduces the redness and after a few days ur face will be (almost) acne free.

Depending on how much you want to spend I recommend MAC for all make up products. (They are a bit more spendy however) If you want to pick something up at a drug store I say just stick a powder/matte based foundation. You DEF. don't want a liquid or anything oily because it will only add to the oily-ness on your face. Same with concealer.
You will need:
Foundation
Concealer
Finishing powder(oil-free/shine control)
Concealers to try:
MAC studio stick concealer
MAC select moisture cover
Benefit erase paste
Benefit boi-ing
Powders:
Oil free shine control powders work best for oily skin...
Try:
MAC blot powder!(i luv it)
Foundation:
anything from Bobbi Brown, Maybelline, MAC, or Benefit.
Hope this helped.

CoverGirl Aqua Smoothers, BareMinerals...
basically any kind of makeup that is mostly natural. Nothing that has preservatives, talc, or stuff like that in it.
Maybelline has great concealers.:)
