Make up - foundation?

Ima redhead and have nooo idea what foundation to use? None of them really look right cause my skin's so pale!

any ideas? =]Make up - foundation?

If you have a Walgreen's near you, try talking to the person that staffs the cosmetic counter. They are well trained and might be able to help you. If that does not work for some reason than try to get a free makeover at a store like Dillard's or macy's. The people there are well trained and can help. The only drawback is that their cosmetics are very pricey.

Last option: Someone you know might be selling Mary Kay or Avon. The salespeople always have samples, or a party coming up, so you can attend and volunteer for the tryouts. You should be able to get a lot of hints and tricks that way. Good Luck.

One more thing: Give those lotions with a self tanner a try. Go for the ones for light skin tones. They might give you enough color on the face and neck that you would not need a foundation or if you still need it, you might be able to use one that is darker than you would normally go for. Hope this helped.
If you are very pale a foundation might not be right for you, if you are not looking to cover up any thing like pimples or discoloring of your skin, try just using a little cover-up under your eyes and spot treat any blemishes and finish with a blush or highlighter. Then make-up your eyes and lips how you want and see if that works for you.
you sure dont look pale in your avatar though! you look mad tanned! lol~

umm, usually high end products carry very light colored foundation. Your best best is to pick out a foundation color with a professional make up artist.
