Make Up/ Foundation Help?

I don't exactly have a bunch of acne I want to cover up, but I do have quite a few scars from the acne. They show up as little red splotches or something similar, and are really hard to conceal.

I was wondering what would be the best type/brand/etc. of foundation to use? Or if there are any really good spot concealers out there as well?

My face is somewhat oily, but the scars tend to show up red and ';angry,'; if you get what I mean, and it's really hard to conceal. I'm working on getting everything cleared up, but does anyone have any suggestions in the meantime?

Thanks. =]Make Up/ Foundation Help?
i dont know if you have ever heard about mineral makeup? but i have really bad problem skin, and am never satisfied with what i get from regular makeup - i checked this stuff out, even though im a sceptic, and not into spending a lot of money (bc it IS more towards the expensive side) but it works really well!!!!!!! i wish i could explain, but you should just go and have them show you how to do it, - dont know where youre from, but sephora is what we have around here, a store in the mall thats hosts many brands of makeup --- anyways. the stuff works wonders!!! i just think its the best thing since sliced bread, lol, or whatever.Make Up/ Foundation Help?
BARE MINERALS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!
The mineral makeups are great. You use a brush, and it has amazing coverage without a heavy feel.
look up napoleon perdis it is the best make up

its pricey but it works if you look up your closest salon then they will be able to tell you what is right for your skin
lemon juice can work to help get rid of acne scars, as for foundation and concealer, loreal has a great light weight concealer that covers really well. and loreal also has a mineral make up foundation that is light weight lasts all day and covers very smoothly.
Bare Minerals.
Max Factor... the first and the best foundations of our time!
I use a mouse foundation which is really light but covers up really good...
