Make up applying eg foundation and blusher?

i have o clue how to apply fondation and blusher and my famly r gone and i have a huge party coming up and i cant afford professonal!!Make up applying eg foundation and blusher?
first, apply a little moisturizer (not too heavy otherwise the founadtion will be runny %26amp; ur face will be greasy, unless you want to apply pressed powder or powder on top of foundation)

apply foundation to those areas of your face that need covering up only, if you ppaly too kuch or all over it'll have aore cakey effect %26amp; won't look good...

for example ususally around your nose, abit under the eyes, etc where there's redness, any dark areas etc..

apply a little at a time %26amp; add more if needed, then make sure it's you belnd well so it doesn't have streaks your face...

blusher is easy, just take the brush, %26amp; dust it in the blush, shake the brush or blow on it to dust off the excess (very important otherwise you'll put loads on %26amp; will be too much)..

add more (repeatthe above) if you need more colour...

apply on the apples of your cheeks (this is competely personal as you have to apply %26amp; see where it looks good, experiment with this %26amp; practice before)...for example I like to apply just to the apples of my cheeks %26amp; alittle under, but some people like to blend it upwards tpwards the temples...

then apply a little blusher to your temples, alittle on the nose %26amp; chin (again this is persnal %26amp; depends if it suits you, I do this as it adds colour to my face so again experiment with this)..Make up applying eg foundation and blusher?
thank you, I'm glad it was helpful * hope u enjoyed the party..

What foundation will u be using?

Cream, liquid, cream to powder, or powder.

For the first 3 you can use a small triangular sponge.

- dab little foundation on all parts of your face. use the sponge to dab spread all over your face. do not use strokes to pull from the nose to the end of your face. You can also spread first with your fingers, after thoroughly washing your hands. Fingers spread make up nicely. Then you can switch to a sponge. Only use the dabbing motion.

Again, is your blusher cream or powder?

Cream, then you can use your fingers to dab just a bit on your cheek bones and spread them modestly.

- Powder, use a large blush brush and spread it from your nose to the ear.
with blusher:

smile while looking in the mirror then apply to apples of your cheeks

with foundation:

(this is what i do) get a small amount of foundation on the tip of your finger and put it in several different spaces around your face. next massage the foundation into your skin.

i hope that helps
First of all, you can go to the department store and ask someone at the counter (like MAC or Lancome) to do it for you. It's free and will look great!

If you're going to do it yourself, apply a light moisturizer, and use a slightly damp foundation brush or cosmetic sponge to apply the foundation, starting and the T-Zone (nose, forehead and chin) and BLENDING outward. Be sure to blend down your neck a bit to avoid weird lines.

To apply the blush, swirl your brush on the blush and lightly blow off the excess. I like to start at the hair-line and swirl my way to the apples of my cheeks. I also dust on a little ';glow'; from Clinique (on the apples of my cheeks, the top of my nose and my temples) to really make your face, well, glow! : )

GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!!!
Just use a decent foundation with a sponge to apply it with, maybe mixing it with some moisturiser to stop your skin from going dry.. making sure its all rubed in and no tigger lines!

Then if i was you I would apply a good powder over the top such as No7!

Then push your mouth together putting bluser on going up towards your cheeck bones, maybe bronzing blusher?

Then add a touch more powder over the top if you dont want it too strong!
Okay :)

moisterize your skin before you do anything

always put foundation on first :)

1) start with the circles around your eyes dab 3 small dots and RUB THEM IN WELL.

2) squirt a bit of foundation onto your wrist and using a damp sponge run it onto your face going outwards.

3) rub it in VERY well.

4) using a big brush, brush transluscent powder across your face and rub that in too (Y) (if you dont have it dont worry it stops you looking shiny!

blusher

1) suck your cheeeks in. (like a fish)

2) now you see two line on your cheeks that arnt sucked in this is your guildline!

3) apply blusher alond this line (with a BIG blusher brush)

you could also use bronzer depening on your skin tone :)

Hope This Helps

oh then stop sucking you cheeks in or you'll go looking like a fish!
Just dab foundation on both cheeks, chin, nose and forehead and blend into your skin. Blusher should go on the highest point of your cheekbones and blend in well - nothing worse than a ghastly pink strip down both sides of your face!!
If you have msn, add

myfashionablelife@hotmail.com

once added chat to her and at first she'll ask questions about age and name etc but say skip to that. type ';make up'; and an invitation will come up. accept it and there should be videos that show how each make up is applied.

if you can't do that for some reason, go to the following website:

www.videojug.com

search whatever you want e.g how to apply foundation

your search would come up click on videos and then next to search on ';how -to videos'; . Now choose what ever video you want to watch to help you.

hope that helped you

Good luck :)
everyone knows that foundation is better applied with a brush rather than sponge, it stopps it looking cakey, and blusher-brush. x
