What is a good foundation and how can I learn where to apply make up?

I am 13 and I really want to wear make up, but my Mom won't show me. She doesn't have a problem with me wearing it but she just won't show me. I have a lot of acne and I have brown hair and light blue green eyes and my skin is really really light, I am from Serbia and my skin is really light. A great place to learn how to apply make-up would be the make-up counters. If you're willing to pay a bit, I'd advise you to go someplace like M.A.C. they're extremely selective in their hiring and the stylists are trained.What is a good foundation and how can I learn where to apply make up?

And a fountation clogs your pores, but a good foundation that doesn't really clog is lose Bare Minerals Foundation. I use Clinquie though.
I agree with The Smart Chick. I recently went to the Bobbi brown counter and she showed me everything. I did end up buying a lot of stuff but you don麓t have to.
