Make-up, Foundation & Concealer 101?

Okay, I know you can put foundation on first then concealer..or concealer then foundation..but one makeup artist said,, coverage


will be better if concealer goes on after the foundation, why is that?Make-up, Foundation %26amp; Concealer 101?
Foundation is basically a way of adding colour to your skin. This is why people are advised to use foundation which is the closest shade to their skin.


I totally agree with the make-up artist who said this because when applying foundation your not covering blemishes, pimples etc it just acts as a base. Whereas concealer is what helps hide any impurities. This is why the two products have been give these names.


Foundation because it is the foundations or the basics if you like, to make-up and concealer because it conceals what you don't want others to see.


This is why the coverage is better as it not only compliments your skin tone but also helps to make your skin look flawlessly natural.

That way you are able to see the blemishes, pimples, etc. that aren't covered up by the foundation you use.
Maybe so it's not super thick so your pores don't get clogged.
