depends, there are different types %26amp; ranges aimed at different people.





for example you can get foundation thats meant to make you look younger, aimed at people in their forties/fifties





and theres some that will last long time and make you look awake if you;ve been clubbing all night, aimed at people in their early twenties..Make up/foundation..who is it targeted to?

i'd say young (teenage) girls and also adults (women of course)!!!!


it's simply because these people are the most likely to buy and use the product which gets money for the brand.
